Mentally Prepare is an anonymous writing and peer connection product for adults. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, emergency support, or a crisis line.
If you feel unsafe right now: contact local emergency services, a trusted person, or a crisis helpline immediately.
A 21-day anonymous emotional journaling experience where adults write privately and may be matched with a stranger from another college.
It is not a replacement for professional mental health care, emergency support, psychiatric treatment, or a trusted offline support system.
No public profiles, photos, follower counts, or social feeds. We warn users before saving details that could reveal identity.
Both people choose what to reveal. Options include staying anonymous, first name only, name and college, or contact details with separate confirmation. Email is never shared automatically.
Users can report an entry, block a partner, request a rematch, leave a match, or say they feel unsafe. Reports are stored for admin review without exposing identity by default.
Users can delete their account from Settings. Deletion requests and safety actions are timestamped for accountability.
Mentally Prepare is currently available only for users aged 18 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Your entries are private by default. No human reviews journal entries unless content is reported, legally required, or flagged for serious safety risk.
College names are normalized before matching so variations like DU, D.U., Delhi University, and University of Delhi are treated as the same institution. Unknown colleges can still be entered and reviewed.
