The short version: This is an anonymous emotional journaling service. Use it respectfully, do not abuse anonymity, and do not treat it as emergency or clinical care.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mentally Prepare, or use it only with parent or guardian consent where legally permitted. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the service in a way that protects the safety and anonymity of other users.
Your journal entries are shared only with your matched partner. Content is not public, not searchable, and not designed for social distribution. You are responsible for what you write, even when you remain unnamed.
We may surface crisis-support information when content indicates self-harm or acute distress. Users may report content they believe is unsafe. We reserve the right to restrict access or remove accounts when safety requires it.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, abuse platform features, or create risk for other users. We may also disable access where required for legal or operational reasons.
Mentally Prepare is a reflective journaling product — not therapy, medical advice, psychiatric treatment, emergency response, or crisis intervention. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you use the service at your own risk.
