About Mentally Prepare

A private, 21-night pen pal journal designed to help adults write honestly and feel less alone.

What we are building

Mentally Prepare matches two adults in the same region. For 21 nights, they exchange one private note a day without public profiles, follower counts or visible identities. On night 21, both independently choose whether to reveal who they are. One choice to stay anonymous keeps both identities private.

Mentally Prepare offers peer journaling and connection. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care or emergency support. Our Safety page explains the product safeguards and where to find urgent help.

How we prepare our articles

Our articles are written under the Mentally Prepare name for university and college students navigating loneliness, homesickness, friendship and journaling. We aim to make each article useful on its own, use plain language and separate reflection from clinical advice.
